Ales Koutny is the Portfolio Manager of Vanguard’s Global Strategic and Global Core Bond Funds. As Head of International Rates at Vanguard, he is responsible for the portfolio management of global aggregate, governments and foreign exchange strategies. He joined the company in 2023. Prior to joining Vanguard, Mr. Koutny held positions at Janus Henderson and J.P. Morgan.
