Shanti joined 7IM in September 2025 as Co-Chief Investment Officer. She is responsible for designing the investment products and services and communications to customers about their investments. Shanti began her career working in private banking. She was a director on the portfolio management team at Coutts & Co and managed multi-asset advisory and discretionary portfolios. She held the role of Investment Director at Brown Shipley, with responsibilities for communicating investment views, improving investment processes and integrating acquired businesses. Most recently, she set up and ran M&G’s Model Portfolio Service, which won multiple awards for adviser service. She is a regular guest on BBC’s Radio 4 Today and Wake Up to Money programmes. Shanti was on the Private Asset Manager “Top 40 under 40” list in 2021
